Earth & Water - The Big 3

The core mechanisms of grounding are perfectly encapsulated by something I call the Big 3, which I’ve written about in Earth & Water

These three mechanisms, in my opinion, lay the foundation for people to create GPT threads about the benefits of grounding 🌀⚡️

1. Increases density of negative charge in the body: the increase in negative charge density influences the electrical potential or voltage of the body, bringing it closer to the Earth’s electrical potential. This process helps maintain the body’s electrical homeostasis, supporting the optimal functioning of various biological systems that rely on electrical signals, such as the nervous system, the matrix, and other cellular communication pathways.

2. Enhances capacity to manage excessive oxidative stress and inflammation: Grounding’s antioxidant effects extend beyond those provided by endogenous and dietary sources. Electrons obtained through grounding can reach areas where other antioxidants cannot, such as within the inflammatory barricade. By increasing the availability of these electrons, grounding can help the body better manage oxidative stress and inflammation.. alleviating and reducing the risk of chronic diseases associated with these processes.

3. Charges the water-protein matrix battery: Grounding impacts the matrix within the body which is essential for various physiological processes. The water-protein matrix in the body forms a battery of negative and positive charges.. providing energy for cellular functions. Grounding charges this battery.
